Sergey Mironov participated in the first meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and Implementation of National Projects under the Moscow Government.

The founder of Meat & Fish was invited to the Council as an entrepreneur and public commissioner for restaurant business.

Now the Council faces urgent tasks: to make the Moscow economy recover faster from the consequences of the coronacrisis and be more sustainable.

Sergei Mironov noted that the meeting was productive. "Together with the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy Vladimir Efimov, Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Moscow Tatyana Mineeva, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow Alexei Fursin and other colleagues

we discussed what has already been done to support business before (preferential loans, a moratorium on inspections) and said that this does not work well and what problems may arise when implementing the program on subsidies and loans. I raised the question of the need to introduce a moratorium on inspections, because today the restaurant is regulated by a huge number of norms (they have accumulated since Soviet times, were added in the perestroika period, then new ones were added), which the entrepreneur cannot even study everything. And he often learns about his problem only when the inspector already begins to punish him. In today's situation, when the entrepreneur first received subsidies for 300 thousand, and then a fine for 500, all support measures can immediately lose their meaning.

In my opinion, the Council appeared very on time, because only in a close connection will business and the authorities learn to listen and hear each other. And it is extremely important that entrepreneurs are represented in this Council: when norms and measures are taken in discussion with business, then they really reach the addressee, "Sergey Mironov shared his impression of the meeting
