12 days on vacation - minus three kilograms.



However, I have never been to the gym.



I just swam around the atoll every day, did yoga, ate a lot of fruits and vegetables.



Finally slept!



Well, no meat, flour and sweet! Only fresh fish.



Now I feel much better, both physically and psychologically.
