Cheese - ready for everything


In the Istra cheese factory "Russian Parmesan" from August 27 to 30, the All-Russian gastronomic festival "Cheese! Feast! World!".

During this time, 300 farmers and craftsmen from different parts of our country should feed guests with the best domestic cheeses, sausages and bread, drink beer, cider or kvass and surprise them with handicrafts. Almost 700 varieties were brought here alone.

But such a festival is not only about food. So, with the governor of the Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov

Sergey Mironov talked about how to debug the interaction of restaurateurs with farmers and ensure that in the capital's and Moscow Region restaurants there are always the freshest and most natural farm products.

And at a discussion platform with the Minister of Agriculture of the Moscow Region Andrei Razin

the participants discussed that a cheese cluster would appear in the suburbs, where up to 2 thousand tons of cheese could be produced per month.

Sergey Mironov told his colleagues what original Russian farm cheeses are on the Meat & Fish menu and that restaurants have long abandoned imported products in favor of ours.

"Friends, I believe that the festival is very cool and everyone should go to it: from restaurateurs who find it difficult to pick up interesting supplier farmers (and here this issue can be easily resolved) to all those who love rare, unusual and just really tasty cheeses - you definitely won't stay without shopping!," Sergey Mironov wrote on his social networks
