it's time for reforms

The founder of Meat & Fish attended an important meeting of the Metropolitan Council of Entrepreneurs.

By video link, colleagues discussed plans for the new working year.

The agenda includes issues that will be discussed with the Mayor of Moscow at the Entrepreneurship Week in May.

During the Zoom, it was said: the status of the Council needs to be changed. And first of all, you need to change 3 things:

1. Raise the status of the Council.

It's time to expand the functions of the Council so that it can work more closely with both city and federal authorities.

2. The Council should be given the authority to mediate.

That is, so that he can help solve problems that arise when entrepreneurs interact with a particular structure.

3. Give the Council the opportunity to influence lawmaking: make initiatives, respond to accepted norms.

And at the same time, the Moscow authorities should be entrusted with a corresponding duty — that is, the duty to resolve the issues that the Council raises.

The author of these initiatives was Sergey Mironov. In his social networks, he commented on what caused such changes.

"Today we are constantly working with complaints and appeals from entrepreneurs — this is a fact, but at the same time, much of what is accepted for business is categorically not suitable for it.

We convey our position through Tatiana Mineeva and the team of ombudsmen, Delovaya Rossiya, Opora Rossiya, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, while forgetting about such an effective platform as the Council - including through it all these issues could be resolved. ⠀

That is why, as co-chairman of the Council, I suggested to my colleagues to raise all these issues before the mayor," the Ombudsman for the Moscow restaurant business summed up.
