On the first working week of the new year, Meat & Fish restaurants updated the menu.

Several delicious and interesting novelties appeared in it at once:

- Trumpeter baked in shells with green butter

- Scallop carpaccio with truffle

- Camembert baked in crispy dough with tomato jam

- Salad with commander squid, avocado and mango dressing

- Mimosa salad with wild salmon

- Dumplings with duck, porcini mushrooms and truffle

- - Commander squid in cream sauce

- Blancmange with berries and tropical fruits

Sergey Mironov promised to tell in detail about each new dish in his social networks.
