winter verandas

From problem to solution - only 7 days.
Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree that letniki can not be removed for the winter.
Very cool for the city and for restaurants. And doubly cool for restaurateurs - after all, we raised this issue at a meeting with the mayor just a week ago.
What was finally done:
from November 15, 2022 to March 15, 2023, “letniki” can not be removed if:
- they are in city parks
- on the external surfaces of buildings, structures, structures
- in the courtyards of non-residential buildings and buildings
- on privately owned land.
The operation of the verandas is not allowed, and the owners are obliged to clean them from snow and ice.
As for me - a timely step. Restaurateurs will finally stop wasting money just like that, because assembling a veranda, dismantling, transporting, storing cosmic money costs (from half a million to 2 million rubles, depending on the size of the summer house).
Colleagues, congratulations to those involved! Well, I myself will continue the dialogues with the mayor's office: we still have many other initiatives in the work
